Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. Delays caused by client-side factors (such as delayed feedback or approvals) may extend project timelines. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
The number of revisions included in project pricing will be specified in project agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Significant changes to project scope may require a revised agreement.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from the use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We will maintain confidentiality of your proprietary information and project details. We expect the same confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, processes, and business information.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
